Reschedule or Cancel Your Booking To Suit
To confirm booking slot, you'll be asked for a £1.00 booking fee.
The £1.00 will be deduced from your bill when you pay the outstanding amount at the salon.
Failure to cancel your own booking within the 24 hour notice or a 'no show',
the system will charge your card the full treatment amount.
The system now allows me to ask for any % of £ towards the cost of any treatment booked.
This means that if you continue not to show for your bookings, I can pre-charge you prior to your visit.
PATCH TESTING REMINDER
A patch test can be carried out for any treatment.
Please ensure you book in for a patch test online 48 hours prior to your booking. If you need a hand doing this, email me and I can help.
If you have had a recent patch test, it has life is 6 months.
If there are no changes to your general health, covid vaccination/s or medication.
It takes two minutes to do a patch test - it's good practice and protects you. No patch test no treatment, sorry!

At Peppermint I’ve always followed strict Covid-19 protocols, and thankfully managed to avoid the nasty virus.
We’ve all relaxed and learning to live with Covid-19 and life certainly needs to go on, let’s crack on!
From Monday 18th April, the mask rules are changing, I would highly recommend for a lot of my close contact treatments that clients still wear a mask, only if you wish!
As a professional beauty therapist, I will ALWAYS wear a mask, for now!

A voucher can purchased for any amount you like and the voucher can be use on separate occasions for either products or a treatment/s.
Our vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be changed for an alternative treatment or product if requested.
Voucher are non transferable from person to person.

Arrival - please arrive to the salon at the time agreed, pop off your shoes ans wash you wee hands!
Email preferences - Let me know if you would like to 'OPT IN' or 'OPT OUT' from Peppermint emails: appointment reminders, newsletters, your birthday discount treat or salon updates.
At the salon - Your beauty therapist will greet you (no hugs) we will take your temperature to ensure you don’t have a fever (38c +).
Come to salon alone – don’t take friends or children.
If you have your own face mask (TYPE 11) please put it on prior to arriving. Please ensure your mask fits correctly, sealed around your nose, chin and sides of the face.
You will be asked to remove your shoes and place in a shoe basket, hang your jacket and sanitise your hands using the 20 – 30 second rule.
No large handbags bring only what you need.

Treatment Times - The treatment times indicated included preparation and home care procedures and products.
Late Arrivals - As a courtesy to all of our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is paramount. Late appointments may not be honoured if there is a treatment booked immediately after.
Cancellation Policy - If you would like to cancel your appointment please allow 24 hours notice. Be kind and let me know if you can't make your appointment - I have a waiting list can can refill your appointment. Inform the salon: firstname.lastname@example.org
Telephoning The Salon - If I am unable to answer your phone call please leave a small message with your name and number and I promise to call you back when I am available.
Pre Care and Post Care advice - is available each treatment is within this website.
Your therapist will be wearing PPE in accordance to current government guidelines.
Your treatment is in the comfort of your own spacious room with good air circulation.
Your Mobile Phone - To preserve the tranquil environment within the salon we kindly ask you to put your phone on to silent mode. Be considerate!
Age Restriction - Sorry! If under the age of 16, a parent requires to attend the appointment.
Your Comfort & Enjoyment - Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, a visit to Peppermint is a very individual experience. Please feel free to let your therapist know if there are any changes that we can adjust to maximise your comfort at any time during your visit.
Patch Testing - It is necessary to receive a patch test prior to all eye treatments such as Hd Brows, Henna Brows, Elleebana Lash Lift, tinting and eyelash extensions at least 48 hours prior to your arranged treatment. This can be arranged during booking.
Allergies Testing/Patch testing can be carried out for any products on request.
Salon Music - Our music continuously circulates throughout the salon, we welcome suggestions on genres of music to assist your relaxation during your visit.
Payment - After your treatment payment type preferred is card but if client wants to pay cash that's quite OK. You can re book at this point too!
Treat Cards - Peppermint Treat Cards is a great way for you to save points every time you visit the salon. You can collect points from both receiving treatments and purchasing products. Once you have earned enough points for a TREAT we will let you know, your TREAT can either be a product or treatment you have not received before.
